This year the Jewish community of Tokyo, Japan, which is run by Rabbi Binyomin Edrei, is organizing a special Lag b’Omer celebration in a local park. The celebration for men, women and children, which will take place in the Oi Futo Central Kaihin Park, will be held on Sunday at 1pm. The program will include stories, songs, a lottery and a grand bonfire, and it is expected to last until very late at night.
